Una mejor valorizaci\u00f3n de nuestro recurso energ\u00e9tico permiti\u00f3 el incremento en la monetizaci\u00f3n de nuestro gas en beneficio de gobernaciones, municipios y el sistema universitario p\u00fablico, adem\u00e1s del Tesoro General del Estado y YPFB\u201d, destac\u00f3 el presidente de la estatal petrolera, Armin Dorgathen Tapia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adicionalmente, se suscribieron contratos interrumpibles, cuya caracter\u00edstica es tomar la oportunidad que ofrece el mercado brasile\u00f1o y comercializar vol\u00famenes disponibles, despu\u00e9s de cubiertos el mercado interno y los principales compromisos en firme. \u201cEsta comercializaci\u00f3n gener\u00f3 ingresos adicionales. Ratificamos nuestro compromiso de contribuir a la renta petrolera y a la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias bolivianas\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El contexto de cambio en la normativa en Brasil permite la gesti\u00f3n de mejores expectativas de precios por la mol\u00e9cula en contratos interrumpibles de exportaci\u00f3n como los alcanzados a la fecha con CDGN (MDC), DELTA GERACAO (empresa termoel\u00e9ctrica en Brasil), DELTA COMERCIALIZADORA, TRADENER, AMBAR y MTGAS, COMPASS y TRAFIGURA, Asimismo se tiene en cartera y pr\u00f3xima suscripci\u00f3n de contratos interrumpibles con otras empresas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>COMERCIALIZACI\u00d3N A BRASIL.<\/strong>\u00a0Entre enero y diciembre de 2022 se despach\u00f3 a la Rep\u00fablica Federativa del Brasil un volumen promedio de 16,79 millones de metros c\u00fabicos por d\u00eda (MMmcd), bajo las condiciones contractuales vigentes con Petrobras y otros clientes del vecino pa\u00eds, tales como MTGAS, AMBAR y TRADENER. El contrato de Compra Venta de Gas Natural GSA (Gas Supply Agreement, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) suscrito con Petrobras es el de mayor importancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este volumen permiti\u00f3 facturar USD 1.560,43 millones en 2022, valor que representa un incremento de 22% respecto al valor registrado entre enero y diciembre de 2021. Por otro lado, a\u00f1adido a las condiciones externas del petr\u00f3leo y sus derivados, el mercado brasile\u00f1o ha mostrado un escenario de mejor oportunidad para el mejoramiento de los precios por la mol\u00e9cula de gas, lo que ha permitido generar mayores ingresos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el tercer trimestre de 2022 se activ\u00f3 el sistema termoel\u00e9ctrico para el abastecimiento de electricidad en el pa\u00eds vecino, debido a la \u00e9poca de menor precipitaci\u00f3n pluvial. Para finales del a\u00f1o, producto de las lluvias, los embalses nuevamente se llenaron, lo que ha generado un impacto en la reducci\u00f3n de consumo de gas natural por parte de las termoel\u00e9ctricas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VENTAS A ARGENTINA.<\/strong>\u00a0YPFB comercializ\u00f3 un promedio, entre enero y diciembre, de 10,80 MMmcd de gas natural a Argentina, volumen que permiti\u00f3 alcanzar ingresos por USD 1.692,23 millones en el marco del contrato con la empresa Integraci\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica Argentina (IEASA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MERCADO INTERNO.<\/strong>\u00a0Durante la gesti\u00f3n 2022, el consumo en el mercado interno alcanz\u00f3 un promedio de 12,68 MMmcd, mismo que permiti\u00f3 cubrir la demanda de los sectores de generaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica para los sistemas el\u00e9ctricos, residencial, comercial, industrial, transporte vehicular, consumidores directos y otros.
